Where is the outrage? Why are Christians not standing up for these girls? Why do charities such as "Christian" Aid ignore the terrible plight of Christians in muslim countries, but as soon as muslims suffer, ie this flooding, they can't help them soon enough?
Have these people not heard that Christians and other minorities in Pakistan are not getting any aid?
