Lawfare: Daily Mail forced to issue "clarification" statement on Hizb ut-Tahrir.
The Daily Mail article on 26 October 2009 stating that Hizb-ut-Tahrir (a banned jihadi organisation in the UK) was given over £113,000 of public money to run islamist schools, has been "clarified".
"In fact", it was given in the form of the "nursery education grant" to the Islamic Shaksiyah Foundation, a registered charity which "maintains that it is not an extremist group, is independent (...) from any other organisation and has no links with Hizb ut-Terror."
As a grant is given by the government and consists of public money, it seems trivial. Except it is not: because the truth and reality are anathema to muslims ! This is "lawfare": legal attacks on freedom of speech which point out islamic corruption.
