This guy looks like something out of a Batman film - and I mean the good ones, when he was killing the bad guys, not lecturing them about the benefits of reducing carbon emissions by using an idiotic guttural voice, while putting a muslim in charge of protecting Paris, and a nazi in charge of defending Jerusalem.
